Under Article 11 of the PDPL, data subjects have the right to:

– Learn whether their personal data is processed,

– Request information if their personal data has been processed,

– Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

– Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

– Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

– Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for its processing are eliminated despite being processed in accordance with the PDPL and other relevant law provisions, and request the notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

– Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

– Request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above by filling out the Application Form for Exercising Data Subject Rights under the PDPL available at http://www.kayalarkimya.com.tr/Images/dosya/kvk-basvuru-formu.pdf. Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the PDPL Board. The Data Subject accepts and declares that if they make a request that will result in any of their personal data being unusable by Genç Noroo, they will not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site, and they accept all responsibility in this regard.
